Welcome to Redcrown MMA ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing our website at redcrownmma.com or enrolling in any of our training programs, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or signing up for any program, class, or service offered by Redcrown MMA, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or have parental/guardian consent if under 18), and that you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Redcrown MMA provides martial arts training, combat sports coaching, and physical conditioning services at our academy in Noida Sector 18, Uttar Pradesh. Services include but are not limited to:

• MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) training
• BJJ (Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu) classes
• Muay Thai instruction
• Boxing coaching
• Strength and Conditioning sessions
• Self Defence workshops
• Kids Classes (when available)

3. Health, Fitness & Medical Disclaimer

Martial arts training is a physically demanding activity that carries inherent risks of injury. By participating in any Redcrown MMA class or program, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• You are voluntarily participating in activities that involve physical contact, exertion, and potential for injury.
• You confirm that you are in a suitable physical condition to participate and have consulted a qualified medical professional if you have any pre-existing medical conditions.
• Redcrown MMA and its coaches are not liable for injuries sustained during training, provided reasonable safety standards were maintained.
• You will inform our coaches of any injuries, medical conditions, or physical limitations before participating.

4. Membership & Fees

All fees, membership terms, and payment schedules will be communicated clearly at the time of enrollment. General conditions include:

• Fees are non-refundable once a training cycle has commenced, except where required by applicable law.
• Redcrown MMA reserves the right to change pricing with reasonable prior notice.
• Memberships are personal and non-transferable.
• Failure to attend classes does not entitle a refund or fee reduction unless prior arrangements have been made.

5. Free Trial Class

One free trial class per person is available to new members only. The trial is valid for a single session and does not include ongoing membership. Redcrown MMA reserves the right to withdraw or modify the free trial offer at any time.

6. Referral Program

The referral offer (one month free when a referral joins for 6+ months) is subject to the referred individual completing their enrollment and making their first payment for a 6-month or longer membership. The reward will be applied to the referrer's next billing cycle. Redcrown MMA reserves the right to amend referral terms at any time.

7. Code of Conduct

All members and visitors are expected to maintain respectful, professional behaviour at all times. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Aggressive or violent behaviour outside of sanctioned training activities
• Discrimination of any kind based on gender, religion, caste, race, or nationality
• Harassment of fellow members, coaches, or staff
• Use of prohibited substances on academy premises
• Misuse of training equipment

Violation of the code of conduct may result in immediate termination of membership without refund.

8. Media & Photography

Redcrown MMA may photograph or record training sessions for promotional use on our website, social media, and marketing materials. By attending classes, you consent to this use. If you do not wish to appear in any media, please notify us in writing before your session.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and training materials, is the property of Redcrown MMA and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction or distribution without written permission is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Redcrown MMA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding 30 days.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
