Both. Redcrown runs Gi and No-Gi BJJ classes. Gi training builds precise technique and grip control. No-Gi is faster, more scramble-intensive, and translates directly to MMA. Coach Aditya holds a verified Blue Belt with traceable lineage — which matters in a scene where most "BJJ coaches" have no verifiable rank.
