01 / Getting Started

Starting MMA

No. Most students at Redcrown MMA start with no martial arts experience. Classes are beginner friendly and designed to help new students learn safely and build real skills progressively. Your first class is free. Come in, try it, decide.

No. People begin MMA at all ages. Whether your goal is fitness, self-defence or competition, you can start at 30 or beyond and progress at your own pace. We have members who started in their 30s and 40s.

There is no perfect age. Children, teenagers and adults can all benefit from martial arts training. The best age to start is whenever you are ready to learn and commit consistently.

Progress depends on consistency, fitness and training frequency. Most beginners notice significant improvements in fitness, technique and confidence within a few months of regular training. Being "good" is relative, but you'll feel the difference fast.

No. Start at your current fitness level. Fitness improves naturally through consistent training, and the classes themselves build you up. Waiting until you're "fit enough" is the most common mistake beginners make.

02 / Before You Walk In

Safety & First Class

Yes. Training is structured and supervised. Beginners start with fundamentals and progress gradually according to experience and fitness levels. Contact, sparring and rolling only happen when you're ready and choose to.

Wear comfortable sports clothing, shorts and a t-shirt work fine, and bring a water bottle. No equipment, no prior experience and no special gear required for your first class. Just show up.

At Redcrown MMA, your first class is free. You'll meet the coaches, see the facility and join beginner-friendly training. No payment, no commitment. Book via the website or WhatsApp us directly to confirm your slot.

Nothing immediately. As you progress, you'll gradually invest in gloves, hand wraps and shin guards based on which disciplines you're training. We'll guide you on what to get and when. No need to spend anything upfront.

In many cases, yes. Always inform your coach about any previous injuries or limitations before class. Training intensity and specific exercises can often be modified to work around your condition safely.

03 / Health & Training Life

Fitness & Lifestyle

MMA improves strength, cardiovascular fitness, mobility, coordination, confidence and mental resilience while helping reduce stress and improve overall well-being. It's one of the most complete fitness systems available, because it was built for performance, not aesthetics.

Yes. MMA training burns calories, builds muscle and improves overall fitness, making it an excellent option for weight loss. Unlike standard gym routines, every session is high-effort and skill-based, so you stay engaged rather than burning out. Read our full breakdown: MMA for Fitness & Weight Loss.

Yes. Most of our members train alongside jobs and studies. We run morning batches from 6 to 9 AM and evening batches from 5 to 9 PM, Monday through Saturday, designed specifically for people with real schedules. See the full class schedule.

Absolutely. Consistent training two to three times per week leads to noticeable improvements in fitness, technique and confidence. Show up regularly and you will get better, every time, without exception.

Two to four sessions per week is the sweet spot for most beginners. Consistency beats volume. Training three times a week every week beats six sessions one week and none the next.

04 / Inclusive Training

Women & Kids

Absolutely. Every program at Redcrown MMA is open to women and coached to the same standard. The self-defence program is particularly valued by female members, but women train across all disciplines here. The environment is professional, and ego isn't tolerated from anyone. See our Self Defence program.

Yes. MMA teaches practical skills from striking, grappling and positional control. More importantly, training builds awareness, confidence and composure under pressure: the three things that actually matter when something goes wrong.

Yes. Age-appropriate training helps children develop discipline, coordination, confidence and fitness in a supervised environment. Our Kids Classes program, for ages 6 to 15, is coming soon. Join the waitlist to be notified first.

05 / Finding the Right Fit

Choosing an MMA Gym

Ask about coaching qualifications, beginner programs, class structure, safety standards, trial classes and the academy's training philosophy. Any gym that gets defensive about these questions is giving you the answer.

A good gym prioritises qualified coaching, safety, cleanliness, structured programs and a supportive community. Avoid gyms that rely on marketing claims without demonstrating actual expertise. Credentials should be documentable, not just claimed on a wall.

Look for documented coaching experience, competition experience, verifiable certifications and evidence of student development. At Redcrown MMA, Coach Aditya's BJJ lineage is traceable and his competition record is documented. Ask us and we'll show you. See the full coach profile.

Research reviews, visit the facility in person, meet the coaches and take a trial class before committing. Evaluate whether the environment matches your goals. If you're in Noida, Redcrown MMA's first class is always free, and there's no better way to decide than to walk in.

06 / The Arts

Programs & Disciplines

MMA combines techniques from multiple disciplines, striking, grappling and wrestling, into one system. Most traditional martial arts focus primarily on one discipline. MMA tests which techniques hold up when everything is in play at once.

MMA incorporates both striking and grappling. BJJ focuses specifically on ground fighting: submissions, positional control and escapes. BJJ is one of the core disciplines inside MMA, not a separate path. Both are taught at Redcrown. See our BJJ program.

MMA training commonly incorporates Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, Boxing and Wrestling, giving students a complete skill set across striking, grappling and ground. At Redcrown, all four are taught under one membership, alongside a full training gym. See all eight programs, or read why the gym matters even if MMA is your only goal.

Boxing focuses on punching, footwork and defence. Muay Thai adds elbows, knees and kicks, the most complete striking system. BJJ covers the ground. If you're unsure, start with Boxing or MMA. Both give you a foundation you'll use regardless of where you go next. Most serious students eventually train all three.

07 / What It Costs

Membership & Pricing

Membership at Redcrown MMA starts at ₹4,499 per month, with full access to all disciplines, all batches and no per-class charges. 3-month (₹11,999), 6-month (₹20,999) and annual (₹35,999) plans bring the rate down further. Add the gym package for full training gym access, starting at ₹6,499 per month. No hidden fees, no lock-in surprises.

Both. Monthly memberships are available with no long-term commitment. Multi-month plans offer progressively better rates. Your first class is always free regardless of which plan you choose. Contact us to talk through options.

Private coaching rates depend on session duration, objectives and scheduling. Contact us directly to discuss current private training options with Coach Aditya.

08 / The Environment

Community

A good academy builds it through mutual respect, shared goals and consistent coaching standards. When everyone is working toward real improvement in a zero-ego environment, accountability and friendships form naturally. That's what we're building at Redcrown.
