Aditya Heera
BJJ Blue Belt · Verified Lineage · National MMA Medalist
Aditya started training at 16. He's a national medalist in MMA himself, and since 2018 has coached a run of his own students to bronze and silver at the national level. He holds a verified BJJ Blue Belt with traceable lineage, promoted under Carlos Almeida (black belt) through Arnav Ailawadi (brown belt) — the kind of lineage most gyms in this region can't produce on request.
He still trains himself, currently under Sadique Qaiyum (brown belt), because a coach who stops being a student stops improving. His own coaching style is the same way on the mat as it is in conversation: technical, quiet, no theatre.
Every technique taught at Redcrown has been pressure-tested on real mats and in real fights, not assembled from clips and content.
