Meet the Owners
Two people, one gym, and the reasoning that led to it opening in the first place.
The people behind the mats.
Two people, one gym — and an arrangement you don't see often: the coach didn't found the gym. His student did.
Anubhav Singh Balyan
FounderStarted as Aditya's student in 2022 and never stopped. Runs the business side of Redcrown, and stays a student on the mat rather than a coach, on purpose.

Most gyms are built to look good in a photo.
Walk into ten gyms in Noida and nine will sell you a feeling before they teach you a technique. Mirrors, music, a coach who's never actually been hit. That's not a training ground. That's a set.
The person that hurts most is the one standing outside the door, deciding whether to walk in. Most gyms are built for people who already look like they belong. We built this one for the person who doesn't, yet.
Credentials in this city are mostly theatre.
That sentence is the actual reason this gym exists.
A trust problem, not a training gap.
Anubhav started training under Aditya in 2022, walked in for MMA and left obsessed with BJJ. He tried other coaches along the way. None of them struck the balance Aditya did, between coaching someone in their first week and coaching someone chasing a national medal.
That gap is the actual reason Redcrown exists. Too many gyms in this city run on borrowed authority, a coach who's watched a technique on video teaching it like they've lived it, or a culture too brutal for anyone walking in without a fight background already. And no matter how big the gym, most had nothing built for the people actually training to compete. Anubhav had watched other students get burned by exactly that gap before he ever opened a gym of his own.
So Redcrown was built to close it: a business mind that understands what a member actually needs, paired with a coach whose credentials survive being checked. Anubhav still trains as a student today rather than stepping onto the mat as a coach himself, on purpose. Every claim on this site is checkable. The BJJ lineage, the coaching record, the gym floor. If it can't survive someone asking "prove it," it doesn't go on the wall.
Discipline is built. It isn't motivated.
Motivation gets you to one class. Discipline gets you to the fiftieth. We're not interested in hyping you up before a workout. We're interested in who you are on the days you don't feel like showing up, because that's the version of you this actually changes.
That's true whether you're here to fight, to get in shape, or to stop being afraid of your own body. The method doesn't change based on your goal. The goal only changes which parts of the method get emphasized, across every program we run, gym included.
You're allowed to be the least experienced person in the room.
Every advanced student here started exactly where you are: unsure, a little intimidated, wondering if everyone can tell you've never done this before. They can't. Classes are structured so a first-timer and a competing fighter can train in the same room without either one being wasted.
If you want to check anything before you trust it, that's not disrespectful, that's smart. Meet the coach and ask him directly, or look at exactly what a class covers and when before you commit to anything.
