Self Defence, built for real situations.

Most self-defence programs teach techniques that work in demonstrations and fail under real stress. Redcrown MMA's Self Defence program is built differently, drawn directly from Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai, two of the most proven combat systems in existence, and applied to the specific scenarios that actually occur: grabs, chokes, pushes, attacks from behind and threats in confined spaces.

Specific women's self-defence sessions are available, addressing the scenarios and situational contexts most relevant to women's safety. No prior experience is required for any format, the program is explicitly designed as a starting point, not a progression from existing skills.
