BJJ Classes in Noida Sector 18

Ground fighting, submissions and positional control taught under a verified Blue Belt with traceable lineage. Gi and No-Gi, all levels, free first class.

About the Program

BJJ, ground fighting built on real lineage.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a ground-based martial art that teaches you to control, submit and escape from opponents regardless of size or strength advantage. At Redcrown MMA, BJJ is taught by Coach Aditya Heera, a verified Blue Belt with a documentable lineage, not an internet-assembled curriculum.

Both Gi (kimono) and No-Gi (shorts and rash guard) classes run year-round. Gi training develops precision, grip control and positional discipline. No-Gi is faster, more scramble-intensive and translates directly into MMA. Beginners are welcome in both formats from day one.

What You'll Train
  • Guard: closed, open, half, butterfly and variations
  • Guard passing: pressure, speed and movement-based approaches
  • Mount, back control and side control: dominance and escapes
  • Submissions: chokes, armbars, leg locks and kimuras
  • Takedowns and trips relevant to grappling starts
  • Live rolling: controlled, timed rounds at a coached pace
  • Gi-specific grip fighting and lapel control
  • No-Gi scrambles, body locks and wrestling integration

Who This Is For

BJJ works for every goal.

Technique over strength, skill over size. BJJ is the most accessible martial art for people of all body types and fitness levels.

🥋

For Complete Beginners

BJJ requires zero prior experience and rewards technical understanding over physical strength. Beginners learn fundamental positions and movements that produce real results faster than most other martial arts. The learning curve is visible and satisfying.

🛡️

For Self Defence

Ground fighting is statistically the most common outcome of real-world confrontations. BJJ teaches you to control a situation, create distance and escape, skills that function under real stress without relying on size or aggression.

💪

For Fitness & Weight Loss

Live rolling in BJJ is an intense full-body workout, cardiovascular, muscular and neurological simultaneously. An hour of rolling burns significant calories while building functional strength and flexibility that generic gym training does not replicate.

⚔️

For Grapplers & MMA Fighters

Verified lineage and real competition experience mean the curriculum scales to competitive level. Whether you are entering local grappling tournaments or building a BJJ foundation for MMA, the depth of instruction supports serious development.

Common Questions

Common questions about BJJ classes in Noida.

A blue belt typically requires 1–2 years of consistent training, though progression varies by individual. Redcrown MMA's curriculum is lineage-verified, meaning belt promotions carry real weight, they reflect earned skill, not time served.

No. BJJ is specifically designed to work for smaller, lighter practitioners against larger opponents. Technique and timing matter far more than size or strength, especially at beginner and intermediate levels.

Gi training uses a kimono and teaches grip-dependent techniques and precise positional control. No-Gi is faster and more fluid, with fewer friction-based grips, making it directly applicable to MMA. Both are valuable and taught at Redcrown.

Yes. BJJ techniques for escaping holds, controlling opponents and creating distance are among the most practically tested self-defence skills available. They work without relying on impact or size.

Absolutely. No previous martial arts experience is required. Beginners are introduced to fundamental positions, movements and concepts from day one in a safe, structured environment.
