Boxing classes that deliver more than fitness.
Boxing is simultaneously the most accessible and most technical striking art. Every session builds skills you keep.
For Complete Beginners
Boxing is one of the best starting points for anyone new to martial arts. Stance, footwork and basic punching are straightforward to learn and immediately satisfying to execute. Progress is visible within the first few sessions.
For Self Defence
Effective punching, footwork and the ability to manage distance are the most practical self-defence tools available in stand-up confrontations. Boxing builds composure and motor responses that function under real pressure.
For Fitness & Weight Loss
Boxing training is one of the most effective conditioning formats available. Combination drilling, bag work and pad rounds simultaneously develop cardiovascular fitness, upper-body strength, coordination and agility. Calorie burn per session is substantial.
For MMA Fighters
Clean boxing mechanics are the single most transferable striking skill in MMA. Sharp jabs, educated footwork and solid defensive structure separate fighters at every level. Boxing classes at Redcrown directly sharpen the stand-up game for cage competition.
